1.1 No Return PolicyWe do not accept returns for any physical products purchased through our Platform. Once an order is delivered, it is deemed final and cannot be returned.
2.1 No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on the Platform. This includes situations where the product does not meet your expectations or any other reason not covered under our Exchange Policy (Section 3).
3.1 Eligibility for Exchange We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:(a) The product delivered is damaged.(b) The wrong product was sent due to an error on our part.
3.2 Exchange Process(a) To request an exchange, customers must contact us at hello@thinkingjuggernaut.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.(b) The customer must provide proof of the issue (e.g., photographs of the damaged product or incorrect item).(c) Upon approval of the exchange request, the customer must return the product in its original condition, including the packaging and all included materials.
3.3 Exchange Resolution(a) Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped.(b) The Company reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
4.1 Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
4.2 Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time within India is 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier partner schedules or unforeseen logistics issues.
4.3 Order Tracking: Users will receive a shipment confirmation via email or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched, containing a tracking number for real-time monitoring.
